so close to sobbing, PLEASE HELP

im a newbie, made the mistake of using coco coir for mushrooms thinking it would prevent ALL mold not knowing trichoderma naturally grows on it. my king oyster mushrooms got slightly contaminated, as i removed a tiny green speck. it was about to grow into a healthy mushroom :(

PLEASE someone list a microwavable recipe for agar plates, i cant find and i need them urgently to clone mycelium
