Do you guys cut bad cards in set cubes?

So putting together a mh3 cube and looking at some of the limited guides and from experience some cards like [[meltdown]] etc are kinda trash in limited or incredibly fringe. Do u guys cut them or leave them in? Or do u cut it and add more the meaningful uncommon/commons for the bad cards?
