Gifted a custom at renaissance festival

Went to the renaissance festival with some friends and a bard came up to us to sing a song. He had a button that said “Ask to take me home” so once he finished I asked if I could take him home and he gave me this. Last thing I could’ve expected but a pleasant surprise
