AdminDroid - Do you use it? Do you trust it?

Is anyone using AdminDroid?

If so do you trust it?

It looks amazing but when installed it wants login rights as Global Admin and gives itself the same permission as the GA?

I understand that it is a locally hosted thing, but that just doesn't seem right?
