Best Sales Orders and Contract Management Software

Hello! I am looking to see what is the best contract/sales order software that won't break the bank. I know salesforce is pretty good but want over $900 with additional fees and add-ons. I know I could use Word or Excel but I need something that I can just plug stuff in and it generates the contract for me based on what I put in.
