NEVER AGAIN!!

So completed 4 weeks of 2.5mg and felt ok. Had minor side effects but manageable. Moved onto 5mg 2 weeks ago. First week felt so so, light head being my main symptom. Done my second dose of 5mg 3 nights ago and I honestly thought I was dying yesterday. Headache, palpitations, short of breath, trembling, panicking and extremely light headed that I felt like I was going to faint. Seeked medical advice. Blood pressure, sugars and heart rate all normal. No abdominal pain. I'm well hydrated and eating and going to the toilet. Was told to just rest and let me pass. Please tell me this feeling will be gone soon, I'm actually scared. Off work today and currently on the sofa
