Motorcycle tyre mounted wrong... Can you please confirm?

Ok, I just need to confirm this.

This has to be a regular post here, but I'm pretty certain my tyre has been mounted the wrong way. Can you guys confrim before I go back to the shop?

The indicator on photo 1 isn't the most meaningful I have to admit, but the lines on the tyre should push the water, when raining, outwards not inwards, right?
