Need help with luggage set-up for CB500x

I’m in the early stages of planning a tour of Canada and have chosen the Honda CB500X as my motorcycle. However, I don’t know much about motorcycles or their accessories. Are panniers, saddlebags, and tank bags universal, or do I need to buy specific ones for this bike? If they aren’t universal, where would be the best place to buy them?

I imagine I’ll need a lot of storage for my long-distance road trip since I’ll be carrying camping gear. Any advice on what to pack or how to organize my gear would also be appreciated.
