Can you help me identify these locomotives / GP59 or GP60?

Hello Train friends! Help, please?

I went to list this pair, but I’m a bit unsure.

I realize that one of the boxes might have been wrong, but the original box that isn’t wrong says it’s a GP59.

Is one a GP59 and the other a GP60?

Or are they both the same kind?

They look identical to me. How can you tell them apart if they aren’t the same?!

One is powered, the other is a dummy.
