Aura and predictions

Hello all. I think I’ve identified my aura symptoms. They can vary but I noticed yesterday I was experiencing some slurred speech, and some “blurry” vision that’s sensitive to light. But about the speech It’s not the first time I’ve noticed this I even thought to myself “why’s is so hard to talk some days??” It’s hard to pronounce some words one of them being MY NAME and it sort of clicked I think I’m getting a migraine.

So day 1- blurry vision, light sensitivity and speech problems and also some irritability. Day 2- a headache but not a migraine. Comes and goes, still some light sensitivity but also now sounds.

I predict I’ll probably have a full blown migraine either in the evening today or tomorrow.

Idk what the triggers are though there’s nothing I did yesterday way out of the ordinary to what I do most days so I’m working on identifying that. I guess the only thing I can think is I did binge during the weekend..

My last migraine was so violent I thought I would die seriously, and at some point I was crying in pain thinking to myself “I wish I could at least sleep” because the pain was so bad I just couldn’t even close my eyes. I think I might have passed out because I woke up about 30 mins confused and couldn’t remember when I even fell asleep.

Also some other aura symptoms are dark spots in my vision but that didn’t happen this time around :)

Interested to know more about the speech though any one else go through that!?
