Side effects that are "not real" because they are not listed

Honestly I am so fucking angry with ... my neurologist, the neurologist at the hospital that I went to, the other neurologist I consulted, my local pharmacist, the fucking pharma industry, and the health care system in my country. I have severe fatigue from emgality, its like someone tied a sack of bricks to my body, after the loading dose I had ten days of severe fatigue and vertigo where I basically could not leave the couch. However, whenever I mention this to any medical professional, they are like: "That is impossible." straight to my face. Then I go on reddit and read about myriads of people having the exact same issue. Now I'm on my second dose of emgality (my neurologist urged me to take it) and it's exactly the same as last time. fuck this shit. apparently there is a huge disparity between "listed side effects" and "actual side effects" and I am so done with medical professionals gaslighting me that "it's all in my head" or "not normal" when apparently on this thread with a sample size of up to a 160k people its common knowledge that CGRP antagonists can cause vertigo and fatigue. /rant over

Edit: Thank you all for your responses. it means a lot to me
