I'm a marketer experienced in eCommerce, but recently, I’ve been exploring SaaS to understand its unique challenges, inspired by discussions in this subreddit.

I’d love to hear about the growth challenges you're facing, such as:

• Strong traffic, but low sign-ups
• Low trial-to-paid conversion
• Retention issues, especially churn within 1-2 months
