Leaf issue

I have no idea what’s going on here as it’s my first time growing and first time having this issue leaves are in very rough shape is this calmag I’m in need of?

I’m in happy frog soil I tried to give it nutes from Humboldt and then the issue started I then flushed the plant with 3x the amount of phd water to get them nutes out as I thought it was a toxicity type thing going on as maybe I used to many nutes have been only giving water since this is a week ago this started any help would be appreciated I ordered calmag plus as I never used any this entire grow so far thinking maybe it’s that but I’m not sure
