company wants me to move to Mesa with them

The company i work for is moving to Mesa. in November, I've only worked for them for 6 months but they're willing to cover moving expenses. Realistically how hard is it to find housing? The new office will be in the area of the airport mesa /pheonix airport. They're flying me out there next week to check it out since ive never been. I would be renting for now. Specifically needing 3 to 4 bedrooms for me and the family. Any info is greatly appreciated thanks.
