Worst work suburb in Melbourne?

I was checking jobs online the other day and started thinking, what is the worst suburb with respect to getting in and out for work, and upon looking at a map I reckon Port Melbourne is the worst.

*There are no train lines connecting to the suburb.

*One tram line connecting to it.

*whether you are coming from the south, east, north or west via car, it is an absolute PITA to commute there.

*ugly and dull

What are your thoughts about this? Are there worse suburbs (within 20kms) of the CBD to work?
