Hoyts Job Interview Advice
I have an interview tomorrow for Hoyts. I’m a 17 year old, though I struggle with social anxiety, making interviews extremely daunting for me. I have over a years experience at Coles, though I didn’t have to go through the interview process (as I knew the manager personally). Meaning this is my first interview ever.
I was wondering if anyone knows any of the questions they ask, or common interview questions I may need to look out for. Any advice to do with (cinema industry) interviews helps.
EDIT: The interview went extremely well, as I was prepared for majority of the questions! I did not get the job unfortunately. I have little understanding as to why I did not get hired, due to the fact I gave coherent answers to each of their questions. They asked me things like “in the past how did you deal with unhappy customers”, “would you call yourself a team leader”, “how would you describe the last movie you watched”, and basic easy questions. Overall a very easy and relaxed interview process! As one person asked me the questions, they had another writing notes, which was slightly intimidating.
