Weird burning sensation on bottom lip followed by the formation of a burning bump

Hi it’s 4am and i was just laying in bed when all the sudden a specific spot of my bottom lip started burning out of nowhere then swelled slightly and now there’s a hard bump that is also burning, there is no open sore or anything it’s almost like inside of the lip like under the skin like a pimple but it just came out of no where and there was no bump before this either.
