Can you help with my itinerary?

• Mid 20s, 25F meeting my cousin 17F in Medellin who just moved there for school • I love nature, aventure, aesthetics and food (specifically I like fusion food, love Hispanic cuisine, street food etc, love a good burger, steak and fancier food not so much but I’ll still eat it) • I am having trouble finalizing my itinerary • Visiting from Tuesday(8pm)- Saturday(6am)

Any tips for my itinerary or tips for Medellin in general? I am half Colombian with intermediate Spanish so this trip is to get to know Colombia better and mejorar mi español :)
