Early spark plugs change on Skyactiv-X

I own a 2020 Gen4 with the Skyactiv-X. My dealership told me that Mazda requires/recommands/wants me to pay for a spark plugs change at the third annual service. The car was 35000 km and the manual requires new spark plugs at 64000 km (which is already quite early!).

You do you think of this? Isn't it ridiculous to change spark plugs that early on a car that runs on RON95 or 98 and is not a race car?!
