Which series are a ‘must watch’?

I’ve watched all of the movies multiple times but only Wandavision and Agatha All Along as far as tv series go. I’ve seen mixed reviews for pretty much all of the series but are there any that are a ‘must watch’ as far as plot points / set up is concerned? Or any that are just genuinely really good?
