What's the absolute best hero to carry games in lower elos ?

I've been wondering what do people think is a good character to carry games cuz people in bronze/silver don't co-operate at all. So being in a solo queue situation for the most part, I'm gonna take matters in my own hands and would like some help in knowing what characters can I focus on to hard carry games

I know that that it's a team game and coordination is more important than solo frags but lower elos are the definition of random bullshit go

I am usually a strategist (CD or Mantis), but I can't do much if I have more damage/elims than our dps and more heals than enemy healers and nobody is anywhere near the convoy 😭
