Black Panther Hit Registration Bug?

I've been one-tricking Black Panther, and at least 1-3 times per game, I get a bug where my spear marks someone, I dash through them, it plays the sound of you hitting them, I turn around ready to go through with another spear to then finish into another dash but then realise that my first mark wasn't even used, they took no damage, and my dash is on cooldown.

I've found this bug particularly occurs more often against smaller characters such as Rocket and Jeff but this isn't always the case, and before you ask; no, they did not have a shield on them, no I did not hold shift and double dash, and yes; I made sure they had the mark on them.

This bug has caused me to just die randomly half the time because I become a sitting duck after my first dash, can we get this issue to be known so it can be fixed?

I've looked around at a few other posts too and players are also experiencing this bug.
