Why does Venom feel like what Hulk should be?

Venom feels very unkillable, has hella armor, does hella damage like a Dualist. Hulk just feels.... Nerfed. Like some of his abilities are head scratchers, a gamma stun ability... A gamma shield. Like what?

Where's his ground pound causing the ground to break, throwing rocks, a thunderclap that produces a sonic blast....
