How Can I Become Strong at Home?

Hi everyone, I'm a 22-year-old male, and I feel really weak both physically and mentally. People in my area bully me, and sometimes they even target my family. I can't go outside without fear because I lack the strength to stand up for myself or protect my loved ones.

Unfortunately, there’s no gym or martial arts center near my town, so I need advice on how I can get stronger at home. Any workout plans, self-defense techniques, or tips to build confidence would mean a lot to me. I just want to change my situation and become someone who can stand up for themselves and their family.

Majority people told me to do pull ups, push ups, squats and do calisthenics and i will do and get stronger.. 😊
