San Francisco wharf hotel recommendations

My family and I will be visiting SF in July. I have 2 kids, 10&8. We were planning on staying near fisherman's wharf. Which of these 3 would you recommend: courtyard, mariott vacation club, or SF mariott fisherman's wharf. Also open to other mariott properties in the area. Thanks!
