Please help me pick! Feeling so overwhelmed!

Husband and I are planning a week long trip this March for my 40th birthday. We are hoping to use points for the bulk of the trip - we have 600k points. We would love to stick to stick with a Mexico or Carribean. Doesn't have to be adult only, but bonus points for adult only spaces. We really want to just relax by the ocean/pool, so sight seeing isn't important to us. Good food options would be a plus, especially food at the resort as we really just want to be lazy and relax without leaving the resort much. Help me narrow down options! Thank you so much!
