Should I continue ?

So I have had this client who hired me to do some marketing for the brand.

We are getting some leads to the website but non are converting.Till recently I decided to run an ad without their dictation( they are a micro manager) and we got a lead that turned to a sale.

Now what is pissing me off is he insists on using the same old designs and audience settings on meta(At this point he might as well be doing the marketing himself), the same ones that don't work. He also wants his copy to be the one on the designs never mine.

When is suggest something to boost our awareness, it is always shut down.

I feel really trapped, but I love the company.

Is this my sign to leave or how should I handle the situation so that he is hands off the marketing.
