Winter Salad

Hey gardeners,

I'm looking some advice on growing winter salad mix. I've been doing a mix lettuce bag through spring/summer and it's selling well. Lollo Rossa, Marvel de Verano, piro, bjella etc.

I want to do a winter salad mix for the winter. Any good recipes? Do you transplant or direct seed? Do ya mix different seeds through each other or grow separate and make your mix post harvest??
