How do I sanitize cosmetic bottles quickly?

I am a small US based business that makes bath and body products out of my home. I am launching a new shower oil in about a month and I need a way to sanitize glass bottles and their respective plastic pumps in bulk before I fill them with my product. I need to make sure the bottles are clean, bacteria is killed, and there is no water residue left in the bottle (Water produces microbial growth and messes with the efficacy of the product).

What is the best way to sanitize 100 bottles + pumps at a time?
