Should I switch jobs ?? Pls help

So current job is a sales leader and the company has a good market presence. Salary is a draw on commissions meaning the salary they give me, I have to pay it all back via commissions that come in before I see a dime in my pocket.

Current pros: - I’m killing it - love my clients - my leadership wants me to manage a small team and working on hiring - I’m comfortable

Cons: - the way my commissions are paid out makes it almost impossible to see actual money. If I meet my target of selling $400k I still won’t see a dime of my commissions because of the way they have it set up. You have to sell 1mill to make anything - our health benefits are shit - I’ve asked for changes in my salary and they said no even tho the company is doing well. Even for taking on management - they said that wouldn’t cause a pay increase

New job is the same role basically ! But the company is from the US and doesn’t have a good presence here in Canada.

Pros: - salary is in USD so the base salary IS 65% higher than what I currently make !!! And it not on a draw- I make this amount no matter what - decent commissions paid out immediately and a bonus end of year - good benefits plan - some travel which I’m excited about

Cons: - the exchange rate is always changing - they don’t have a good prescense here - I’m scared of starting over again at ZERO !!! - they have some bad reviews online that worries me - the solution they sell is slightly different and to more enterprise clients which I’m not entirely used to so I’m scared I won’t be good enough

So basically should I move somewhere where pay is way better but I’m honestly so scared of the move and going back to no clients at all to start

Or stay where I’m comfortable but it’s not the best situation salary wise and leadership are obviously not looking to make a change.

Pls consider I’m worried about how well I’ll do and starting from scratch **
