Anticipatory grief?

Does anyone else get really sad thinking about a future without your cat?

My boy is only 5 but I cry several times a month over losing him one day. Hes truly my soul kitty, my best friend and the love of my life.

And before anyone asks, yes I have diagnosed anxiety & depression…

Just wanna know I’m not alone.
