Madison, I hardly knew thee.
After 30+ years living in Madison or the surrounding area, I left yesterday ib a U-Haul headed for a ski resort town in the Rocky Mountains. It is literally my wife and I's dream situation.
I love Madison. I've loved being a community member, organizer, and just I don't know. A Madisonian. I didn't really have time for a proper goodbye to this city, this all happened very quickly almost without any effort, but I didn't want to do nothing. Say nothing
So this is a post, mostly as a time capsule for me, to commemorate how great of a place this truly is, and to remember the time I left.
Goodbye Madison. I've loved you since I've known you, and I won't be gone forever.
