After one full year. Is this normal?

So I bought the M3 MacBook Pro one year ago as my primary working device. I’m pretty much a heavy user with me using the macbook every single day mainly for Adobe Creative suit and chrome etc. Just checking if the battery health drop is normal? I also have apple care so after what percentage can I get a new battery replacement from apple?
