Mountain Lion reset price quote and issue

I just finished factory resetting a MacBook pro. The issue was on login, the computer would auto restart. I determined it was a hard drive issue or corrupted files. I tried to recover and remount the drives but no luck. I think factory reset the device. It was 10.15 I think, but it reset to mountain lion which may be an issue for the end user. Now it wont load anything on the internet. I did connect to the wifi and used it for online installer so I am not sure whats going. I just fixed the date and time and restarted but still not working.

The end user is asking what they owe me and I really dont know what to say. This is my first time working on a mac so I have no clue what to charge them. Im also still working on it of course but I assume it is something simple and im just not accustomed to macbooks.
