Which is the best (probably second hand) apple macbook for developer

I am an Mean developer , sometimes running docker , looking for an apple MacBook i already have an iphone 15 so also im into flutter for past few months . Im not really into gaming but would like to occasionally play some good ones also i have some frequent video editing (A little bit high level)for videos shot on my iphone . Please suggest which macbook suits the best probably second hand for Budgetory reasons
