I've got a few questions about general gameplay

I'm not too sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm level 10 and most of my troops are lvl 5+ (not including mythics(most are level 1-2 dragon and bomba are 7)) In almost every round I get with someone level 9 or 10 I'm getting like a 25-30% help rate and I'm not particularly sure why. Also I feel like I'm ALWAYS scraping coins and from the posts I've seen on here there are people that have acquired 100k+ coins by round 75-80. Really not sure what I'm doing wrong, if anyone wouldnt mind helping me out with this I would greatly appreciate your help! Cheers guys.
