Game Crashing Intermittantly - Cannot Connect to the server. Exiting the game [W0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT] PLEASE HELP

Preamble - I have done absolutely all other troubleshooting possible. Drivers reinstalled after a clean wipe, verified integrity of files, repaired EAC, changed to Direct X 9, etc. I have ran a ping test for days with no issues and verified it is not my internet connection. I am at my wits end. I found posts (https://forums.playlostark.com/t/crashing-naeast/203193/23) (https://forums.playlostark.com/t/cannot-connect-to-the-server-exiting-game-w0x9-spelpwp1p2nt/185472/51) but no help seems to be coming from the devs. Amazon support was useless and just said they were investigating. I have heard whispers of people being able to change their port forwarding to fix this. But no one has said which ports.

Please, someone help me here. I have lost 2 boss rush tickets, 5 abyssals and many resources in chaos dungeons to these crashes along with pvp lockouts and such. I hope this can get some traction and save me from my misery. I love this game, but the crashing with no compensation is really hitting me hard.
