How to lose weight for a wedding
My wedding is in September and I would like to lose around 15 pounds by then. I currently weigh 147 pounds, 5’5, and am a 23 year old female.
My current followings (as of January 1st lol) are:
-Limit alcohol drinking (3 or less mixed drinks/week)
-Have water with every meal, no other drinks
-Only 1 sweet treat a week
-No candy
-Only eating out 3 times per week (this number may still seem high, but in the past I have ate out at least once a day usually. For lunch at work I would usually grab something, and then on the weekends with friends/family.)
-Be more mindful with choices (instead of french fries have vegetables, etc.)
Any weight loss tips/tricks I can follow that aren’t super restricting are welcome!
For exercise, I try and do daily ab workouts and some dancing. I have a treadmill I use a couple times a week and fast walk on.
