Did Noxus attempt to learn Ionia martial arts?

The Ionians beat back Noxus with the tremendous martial arts so it begs a question, did Noxus attempt to force the captured Ionian teach their warriors Ionian martial arts to turn Ionian power against them?

The fact that Noxus uses chemical bomb to destroy Wuju village makes me wonder if the Noxian did capture some of the Wuju villagers and forced them to teach Wuju martial arts to them
