Average Savings

Husband and I were having a discussion about how much people have in their savings accounts. We have widely different opinions on how much people have.

Is anyone willing to share their age and average savings in their bank? Just referring to actual cash, not investments.

I know there are a million factors at play here. He thinks the average family has $100k+ in cash. That just seems crazy to me based on the people I know, but maybe I’m wrong.
