Completed Santander bike journey but no payment was taken from my bank account
Hey everyone! I'm visiting London and today I rented two Santander bikes for myself and my wife using the contactless machine. The charge was supposed to be £1.65. We finished our ride in under 30 minutes, docked the bikes, saw the green lights, and left.
It's been almost 7 hours now, and no payment has been taken from my bank account, so I'm a bit worried that something went wrong and I might get charged extra later on. I’ve seen some forums mention that rides under 30 minutes are free, but I just want to be sure. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I contact TFL about it? Thanks in advance!
