Feedback on my logos

Hey I am 35 years old and have wasted too much of my life building other people's dreams. I'm ready to start working toward mine. I'm hoping to start a successful home building company in the myrtle beach, sc area. Any input or advice is very much appreciated, especially about branding/ marketing. I used gpt to come up with a few logos for my company and I now want to get feedback on those. Number 3 is my favorite. What's your favorite? This area is a major retirement destination, by the way.
