Prospects from Open Houses
Hi all,
Was wondering how everyone goes about following up with prospects from co-hosting open houses?
I've made my way onto a team that always hosts with a lender and requires all people who enter the house to write down their names and contact info. I don't doubt that some put fake numbers, but I haven't been getting as many responses to my follow ups as I would expect.
I've been texting them a copy of the financing sheet for the property's price point, as well as a quick message stating I can get them pre-approved. How do you go about it? What works/doesn't work for you?
