Question about shady LLC partners

I am part of a 3 person LLC who owns a restaurant; I’m head chef, most of the recipes/kitchen work is me. My other 2 partners have bought out the building we were leasing from underneath me, so our 3 person LLC now pays their 2 person LLC rent. Is there a positive/negative to this?… should I form another LLC/charge more for my services, as I create 75%,at least, of our overall income?
