Looking for a dungeon crawler without massive stat inflation.

Tldr: looking for a dungeon crawling litrpg or fantasy series that is low on crunch/stat inflation.

My first and primary exposure to the genre was the wandering Inn, and I'm catching up to the author at like 10m/14m words. While the center of the story is rarely dungeon crawling, I enjoy many of the scenes, dungeon designs, the economy and ecology that builds around them, and the creative loot and problem solving that comes with.

I tried reading primal Hunter thinking it would be similar to the dungeon crawler sections of TWI but got turned off by the time dilation/massive stat inflation, that detaches the system from anything resembling reality. It's hard to take the world seriously for me personally if a human starts with 8 dexterity and has 10s of thousands later. It's like how a game stops being fun with infinite money, even if there are still challenges left.
