“No network devices available”

Hi, so I downloaded linux mint onto a fairly new computer a while ago, and when I was trying to out before I fully installed it, everything worked fine, wifi connected, trackpad worked, etc. But now when I downloaded it onto my computer, the trackpad stopped working and the wifi stopped connecting. I would just connect it to ethernet, but It doesn’t have a slot for it. Does anyone have an ideas as to how to fix this? Thanks ^{^}
