Why so mad?

This started this morning i saw her just getting all worked up on her own in her cage and she does it sometimes when i’m not holding her like in the beginning but i cant put her back in! I’ve looked in her hides nothing unnormal. There arent any noise in the room, no big scary light. Can someone explain how i can help? Does she maybe not like her enclosure?
