Neighbour reported me to the gardaí

Had a few friends over at the weekend and at around 4 am we decided to go for a walk (all of us 19).I live in the country so not many houses around.We were fairly drunk and were messing around being loud but we thought If we stayed quiet going past houses we’d be fine. Neighbour came out and told us to go home and we did.Cut to now and he reported us to the Gardai and told our parents that we were trespassing and off our heads on drugs and is alleging that we broke into his shed in September.I was in college for the whole month in another county. We never left the road and didn’t damage anything. We were also not on drugs just drunk. Is there really any danger legally here ?
