Does anyone have any idea about the work culture of Jumio?

Currently Company: Product Based Location: Bangalore Current Comany YOE: 3 Total YOE: 4

Offer: 44% hike on current base they are offering + WFH + 10% perf bonus. How is that offer? How is the work culture there? would you recommend joining it or not?
