Given that manifestation follows the path of least resistance (this is a commonly known concept in 'magick'), it would stand to reason that certain manifestations would simply happen in the next life. If you lived in the middle ages and you manifested a face lift or to regrow a fully functioning limb, then it would most likely happen in the next life given that such technology was not very common back then. Likewise if you wanted to be a whole foot taller, be younger again or have different parents then the same would hold true..

The path of least resistance can also be applied to astrology albeit the explanation would be quite convoluted given the complexity of astrology.
